Forum theme-ideas and outlet of enterprises Speaker: Liu Guangxi, a famous scholar, executive vice president of China WTO Research Association, member of China's WTO negotiation delegation, once served as the special assistant of China's chief negotiator Long Yongtu, and experienced 13 WTO accession. The third eye of the second theme of the forum is a competitive speech expert: Liu Ji, a famous scholar and director of China National Situation Research Center, once invited an inspector in the State Council. His thoughts and educational art became famous in the 1980s, and was called "Liu Ji's Work Method" by experts.
