He used to be deputy secretary of the Communist Youth League Ruian Municipal Committee, deputy head of Hu Ling District of Ruian City, secretary of Chaoji Township Party Committee, deputy director and director of Wenzhou Municipal Committee Organization Department, member of the Standing Committee of Cangnan County Committee, director of Organization Department, deputy head of county, secretary of the Party Committee of Zhejiang Cangnan Industrial Park Management Committee, secretary of the Party Committee of Cangnan Harbor Industrial Base and Jiangnan Beach Reclamation Development and Construction Headquarters, and deputy director (post) of the Provincial Party Committee Supervision Office.
He used to be the deputy secretary of the CPC Yueqing Municipal Committee and the mayor of the Municipal People's Government.
