High frequency principle
The principle of high frequency wave is that tube self-excited oscillator generates high frequency electromagnetic field. The processed object is pressed between the upper and lower electrodes by high-frequency electromagnetic field, and its internal molecules are excited to move at high speed and rub against each other to generate heat and melt, so as to achieve the purpose of welding or embossing under the pressure of the die.

As a kind of equipment for plastic heat sealing, high-frequency plastic welding machine is used for cutting cardboard, plastic suction welding, automobile, leather cushion, door guard, sun visor, vamp, sole, trademark, watchband, leather case, paper card and plastic suction welding at the same time.

The high frequency welding machine has two sliding tables. The operator only needs to put in the product, press the forward button of the sliding table, and the nose automatically descends, heats and rises, and the sliding table exits, thus completing all simple operation processes. Employees can use this machine without special training.

When the current exceeds the limit value, the overload current relay automatically protects the oscillator and rectifier, and when the mechanical cooling is insufficient, it automatically cuts off the power supply to avoid accidents caused by improper operation.
