7. Copies of blasting operator licenses of at least 5 blasting workers, 2 safety officers and 2 warehouse managers. The unit specified in the work permit must be consistent with the applicant.

8, and blasting engineering and technical personnel and blasting, security officer, keeper signed a copy of the written labor contract.
