I have experience. During my college years, I participated in various teacher style competitions, teacher skill competitions and blackboard writing competitions organized by schools and colleges to improve my basic quality as a teacher.
I take part in educational probation and microteaching organized by the school every semester, and communicate with teachers who run in the front line of education, from whom I get a lot of constructive suggestions.
Coupled with three months of educational practice, I learned about the students' way of thinking, and understood that starting from the students' way of thinking is the premise of achieving better teaching results.
I have engaged in a number of tutors, once put a high school student who has no enthusiasm and motivation to study effectively on the right track, and finally admitted to a key university in China; Successfully organized and planned teaching remedial classes for many times, and accumulated rich teaching and management experience.
I have strong adaptability and pressure resistance, and can quickly integrate into the school working environment, students' learning environment and their psychological activities. I am a realistic and diligent person. In the past teaching, I slowly and steadily summed up my study and made unremitting efforts to become an excellent teacher.
