Liu Wei, 1996, studied in School of Politics and Administration of Wuhan University, School of Government Administration of Peking University and School of International Relations and Public Affairs of Fudan University, and obtained bachelor's, master's and doctor's degrees in political science (law). Since July 2003, he has been teaching in the Department of Public Administration of Nanjing University of Science and Technology. Since September 2008, he has been teaching in the Department of Politics, School of Politics and Public Administration of Wuhan University, teaching political psychology, politics of development and other professional courses and general courses such as contemporary Chinese political system.
