First of all, in the personal information section, don't write gaudy, try to be concise. It is basically enough to keep your name, phone number, email address, job intention and photo. Just write your name and phone number as usual, needless to say. When writing email, the email name should not be too long and complicated, which will increase the risk of HR sending the wrong email. Only fill in one or two job intentions that you like. If you fill in too much, HR may think that you are not single-minded. There must be photos and formal clothes, so as to leave a good impression on HR.
Second, in terms of academic qualifications, try to write your own highlights. For ordinary people, most of their schools are ordinary colleges and universities, which are not famous and will not leave a good impression on HR. In this case, you should learn to highlight your own highlights, such as listing your GPA and scholarships for each semester on your resume. If you haven't won any scholarship or your GPA is not high, you can try to find some honors you won in college. In a word, something is better than nothing.
Third, internship experience. When writing this part, you can list more of your internship experience in a certain enterprise, provided that these experiences are related to your job hunting intention, otherwise it is to gild the lily and ask for trouble. During the practical classic internship, it is necessary to introduce in detail what I did during my internship and what impact it had on the internship enterprises. These influences should be good rather than bad, small rather than big.
Finally, it is your own professional skills. When writing this section, it is best to list the professional certificates or competition awards you have won. If not, don't worry too much. After all, not everyone is a good learner. You can choose to list some other certificates, such as CET-4, CET-6, and CET-2. It's easy to get in college.
These are all my suggestions for college students' resumes. I hope I can understand the shortcomings.
