Brief introduction of Wang Jianzhong.
Wang Jianzhong (1933-) is a composer and pianist. Originally from Jiangyin, Jiangsu, he was born in Shanghai. /kloc-started to learn piano at the age of 0/0. 1950 was admitted to Shanghai Conservatory of Music, and studied in the department of composition and piano successively. 1958 stayed on as a teacher after graduation. In the 1970s, he was a composer of the Central Orchestra. In the 1980s, he returned to his alma mater to teach. He has served as an associate professor, professor, vice president and vice president of the Department of Composition. Many piano works created and adapted by him have successfully integrated China folk music with the expressions of western musical instruments, which are not only loved by audiences at home and abroad in the field of music and piano education, but also loved by many fans outside the music circle and even some people who are not very fond of music. Many of his works have become the most popular pieces in piano teaching and music education in China, and also one of the required pieces in major piano competitions in China. From 65438 to 0995, Shanghai Music Publishing House published the Collection of Wang Jianzhong's Piano Works, which included some works created by Mr. Wang Jianzhong over the years.
