Tang Xianmei/Kloc-0 was born in Chongqing in June, 1929, graduated from the Foreign Languages Department of West China University in July,195/Kloc-0 joined the army in September, and/Kloc-0 joined China in June, 1956. From 195 1 to 1975, Tang Xianmei worked in Yunnan Provincial Public Security Department, jiangsu provincial party committee Intermediate Party School, Yunnan Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League, and Sichuan Higher People's Court. 1977 was transferred to Xinhua News Agency, and 1988 retired. Tang Xianmei, the wife of General Qin Jiwei, died at 7: 59 on September 24th, 2023 at the age of 94.

Qin Jiwei and Tang Xianmei have two sons, 1 daughter. The eldest son is Lieutenant General Qin Weijiang, former deputy commander of the Eastern Theater and former army commander of the Eastern Theater, the second son is Lieutenant General Qin Tian, former deputy commander of the Armed Police Force, and the daughter is Ms. Yongjiang Qin.

She has always insisted on educating children to establish a correct "three views", always maintaining a low standard in life and a high standard in work, and repeatedly warned children that no matter how the situation changes, they should always stick to the bottom line of being a man, instead of drifting with the flow.
