The third level regards teachers as an art and teachers as an art, that is, learning from the past to serve the present, learning from others' strengths, acquiring the most suitable examples by hand, and seamlessly integrating into the classroom, so that students can learn the fragrance of knowledge in a harmonious classroom atmosphere and no longer feel the pain of learning and the fatigue of endorsement. This kind of state is what every teacher wants to pursue, but it takes a long time to hone and persist to realize the pleasure of "looking back suddenly and that person is in a dim light". This is the highest state of teachers' morality.
