Wang Yingde, male, Han nationality, 1929 was born in Wangcun, yan wang, Gaoming Town, Dali County, Shaanxi Province. Party member and the Communist Party of China (CPC) used to be deputy secretary and deputy director of the Party Group of Shaanxi Provincial People's Government.

Personal experience

After Wang Yingde/KLOC-0 participated in the revolution in June, 949, he went to Levin Town, pucheng county and other places to participate in the anti-hegemony struggle;

/kloc-transferred to the provincial land reform training class in the spring of 0/950, joined China in June of the same year, and transferred to the provincial land reform Committee;

1952 to 1970 works in the rural policy research department of the provincial party Committee 18, which provides a feasible basis for the provincial party Committee to correctly formulate rural policies in our province.

After the "Cultural Revolution", he served as secretary and director of the branch of Dali Electric Machinery Factory, deputy director of the Weinan prefectural party committee office, director of the real estate department and management office of the provincial government organ affairs administration, and deputy secretary and deputy director of the party committee and discipline inspection commission of the organ.
