His fairy tales are regarded as treasures of children's literature, and their picturesque style has a far-reaching influence on the creation of fairy tales in later generations. Wilde's fairy tales, the most classic fairy tales that can touch children's hearts in the world, include all nine fairy tales such as Wilde's Happy Prince.
Happy Prince tells the story of a happy prince and a swallow who sacrificed themselves to help the poor. When the happy prince was alive, he was happy every day in Wangfu, and he never knew what sadness and poverty were. After his death, he was made into a statue and stood over the city, but he saw all the ugliness and suffering in the city. So he asked the swallow to give all her valuables to the poor. Later, the swallow froze to death and the happy prince died of a broken heart, but they lived in heaven forever.
