Beida Bridge (North Shore) Land Expropriation and Demolition Implementation Plan

Beida Bridge is a key project of "136" of the municipal government, involving Yongxin District and Jiangnan District. Yongxin District is responsible for Jiangbei Section (Beitaoji). In order to make the land requisition and demolition work in Yongxin section go smoothly, this work plan is formulated with the consent of the urban party committee and government.

Demolition:

To be responsible for publishing the scope of land acquisition and demolition, as well as the investigation, registration, measurement, review, calculation and signing of land acquisition compensation and resettlement agreement and house demolition compensation and resettlement agreement.

Land requisition: go through the relevant procedures for recovering state-owned land.

5. Prepare materials and mobilization meeting months ago, including:

1. In order to enhance the staff's sense of responsibility, the risk fund mortgage system is implemented in the land acquisition and demolition work, that is, if the staff is required to pay a certain amount of risk of mortgage and complete the work within the specified time, the bonus will be cashed at three times of the risk fund (the principal will be refunded at the same time); If the work is not completed within the specified time, the risk of mortgage paid by it will not be refunded.

2. Payment standard of mortgage payment: 65,438 yuan+0,000 yuan/person for the principal leaders in urban areas, 800 yuan/person for the deputy leaders and 500 yuan/person for other personnel.
