Article 10 of the National Anthem of the People's Republic of China Law When playing the national anthem on the occasions specified in Article 4 of this Law, the standard score of the national anthem or the official recorded version of the national anthem shall be used. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and diplomatic agencies abroad shall provide the diplomatic departments of relevant countries and relevant international organizations with the standard score of the national anthem and the official recorded version of the national anthem for diplomatic activities.

The sports administrative department of the State Council shall provide the national anthem standard score and official recorded version to the relevant international sports organizations and sports meeting organizers for the use of international sports meetings. The standard music score of the national anthem and the official recorded version of the national anthem are reviewed and recorded by the departments determined by the State Council, and published on the websites of China People's Congress and the Chinese government.
