Ji Fa was born in Zhou Wenwang, the second son of Ji Chang and Tai Cong, and a native of qi zhou (now Qishan, Shaanxi). In the Jichang period, the national strength became stronger and stronger, "three points in the world, two minutes in the week", which laid the foundation for the demise of commerce. After Ji Chang's death, Ji Fa succeeded to the throne, known as Zhou Wuwang in history.
Ji Fa attaches great importance to sages at home, and continues to take Jiang Taigong (namely Jiang Shang) as his strategist and his younger brother Zhou Gongdan as his son. Zhao Gong, Bi Gong, Kang Shu, Ji Dan and other good ministers are all in their respective posts, with abundant talents and thriving politics. Strive to unite more vassal States and strengthen their own strength. King Wu sized up the situation, actively prepared to destroy the commercial conditions and waited for the opportunity.
About 1046, the tribes of Yong, Shu, Qiang, Kuai, Peng and Pu joined forces to attack the Shang and Zhou Dynasties, pilgrimage to the Song Dynasty, and crusade against the Shang Dynasty under the tyrant Zhou Wang, which was the battle of Makino. Yin Shang was defeated, Zhou Wang set himself on fire in Lutai, and Yin Shang perished. When the Zhou Dynasty was founded, Haojiang was its capital.

Zhou Wuwang Mausoleum is located in Wulingyuan, the northern suburb of Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province. The administrative division belongs to Zhouling Street in Weicheng District, 5 kilometers away from Xianyang City.

Zhou Wuwang Mausoleum is located in the north of Zhou Wenwang Mausoleum. There are new concrete steps in front of the mausoleum. On the platform, there is a tall stone tablet building with four Chinese characters "Zhou Wuwang Mausoleum", which was erected by Bi Yuan, governor of Shaanxi Province in Qing Dynasty.
