Mr. Wang began to work in the National Economic System Reform Commission (later reorganized as the State Council Economic System Reform Office) in the mid-1960s, and was in charge of the construction of China securities market and the examination and approval of enterprise restructuring and listing, and served as the chief secretary. After leaving the Commission for Economic Restructuring, he worked for Li Fuzhao's family financial enterprise in Hong Kong, and successively served as the chief representative of Yuancheng Venture Capital in China and the expert member of Xinbaocheng Securities Investment Risk Management Committee. From June 5438 to February 2000, Mr. Wang Jizhou founded the original business of Yihe Capital and served as the managing director of Yihe Capital.
