Dai Dong, formerly known as Yang Haotian, was born in Xiaoxian County, Anhui Province, and graduated from Hangzhou Tourism College.

He is currently the general manager of Hong Kong and Macao Department of Hailian Business Department of CITS (Shenzhen) International Travel Service Co., Ltd.
