Puyang City, Henan Province. As of February 4, 2024, Nanle County, which belongs to Puyang City, Henan Province, is located at the northeast end of Henan Province, governing 7 towns and 5 townships, and at the junction of the Central Plains, the southern part of North China Plain and the three provinces of Henan, Hebei and Shandong.
