He has served as a clerk, assistant judge, judge, deputy director of the supervision office, director of the administrative equipment department and president of the filing court of Huzhou Intermediate People's Court (from September 2003 1995 to July 2006 1996, he participated in the class for young cadres of the Party School of the Municipal Party Committee, and in June 2003, he was appointed as an intermediate people in Fuling, Chongqing.

He is currently the party secretary, member of the judicial Committee and president of the Nanxun District People's Court of Huzhou City.
