1From July, 1990 to July, 2003, he successively served as student counselor of the School of Management of Harbin Institute of Technology, assistant to the president of Harbin Institute of Technology High-tech Park, deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee of Harbin Institute of Technology, executive vice chairman of Harbin Youth Federation, head of the preparatory group of the Institute of International Economic and Trade Relations of Harbin Institute of Technology, and director of the Institute of Sino-US Economic and Trade Cooperation. He is also a member of Harbin CPPCC, vice president of Heilongjiang Research Association for Revitalizing Old Industrial Bases, and director of Heilongjiang Office of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission.
From June 5, 2000 to April 38+00, 2003, he was sent by Harbin municipal government to study and inspect in the training class of senior economic management talents at California State University, Los Angeles.
Since 2005, he has been a professor at Harbin Institute of Technology, and his professional fields include international trade, regional economics, environmental and energy economics, and international relations. From June 2002 to October 2003, he was a visiting scholar at California State University (Los Angeles). From August 2006 to June 2007, he visited Michigan State University as an American Humphrey scholar.
Participated in the establishment of the School of International Economic and Trade Relations of Harbin Institute of Technology (September 2003-March 2008).
