What do Xunyang, Wenzhongzi and Laozi mean?
Wuzi refers to Xunzi, Yangzi, Wenzhong, Laozi and Zhuangzi.

Wang Tong, a literary neutron, was a great scholar in Sui Dynasty. Even in the Mongolian children's book San Zi Jing, which appeared in the Song Dynasty, there were "Wen Zhong and Lao Zi". In the consciousness of Song people, Wang Tong played a very important role in the academic history of China. Judging from the development history of Confucianism, Wang Tong was a key figure in the transition from Confucian Classics in Han and Jin Dynasties to Neo-Confucianism in Song and Ming Dynasties. Its academic form was different from Confucian classics, which had a great influence at the end of Sui Dynasty, and Confucianism revived in the middle and late Tang Dynasty. Confucianism in Song and Ming Dynasties has the characteristics of Confucian classics, all of which originated from Wang Tongzhi's study. Han Fei and Reese are both his students.

Xunzi was the last representative of Confucianism in the pre-Qin period, and Mencius, who was earlier than him, became two opposing factions in Confucianism. In terms of cosmology, Xunzi believes that the existence of nature is independent of human subjective will, but people can use subjective efforts to understand it, adapt to it and use it to avoid misfortune. He put forward the idea of "mastering fate and making use of it". In terms of epistemology, he believes that people should first contact with external things through sensory organs, emphasizing the necessity of "doing" for "knowing" and the importance of acquired learning, and has a simple materialistic thought. Politically, he put forward the slogan of "the queen is king first" in view of Confucius and Mencius' thought, and advocated governing according to the social situation at that time, selecting talents and appointing talents, distinguishing rewards and punishments, and governing with "ceremony", "law" and "skill" Many of his ideas were absorbed by legalists.

Xunzi is both a thinker and good at literature. Among the philosophers in the Warring States Period, He, Mencius and Zhuangzi had the deepest influence on later generations.

China's Spring and Autumn Period and Warring States Period is an era in which various philosophical thoughts contend. Such as Xunzi's theory of evil nature, Yangzi's theory of self-interest, Laozi and Zhuangzi's theory of letting nature take its course, and so on. These thoughts are our precious cultural heritage.
