Li Juan, female, born in Lezhi County, Sichuan Province, was born in No.7 Agricultural Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps123rd Regiment (located in Chepaizi Town, Wusu City, Tacheng District) and started writing in 1979. He has set up columns in Southern Weekend and Wen Wei Po, and published prose collections: Nine Snowflakes, My Altay, Altay Corner, Night Singing Trilogy, Sheep Road, Winter Ranch and many China traditional prose collections.
