Guanghua School of Management of Peking University once belonged to Peking University School of Economics, and later became independent from Peking University School of Economics. Now it belongs to Peking University Economic Management Department.

Guanghua School of Management, Peking University, founded in 1980, is a national economic management major of Peking University Department of Economics. From 1985, it became the Department of Economic Management in Peking University, and was officially renamed Guanghua School of Management in 1994.
