Introduction of Lailong Town
Lailong Town is located in the northeast of suyu district, Suqian City, Jiangsu Province, with a total area of 75 square kilometers and a cultivated land area of 60,000 mu. It has jurisdiction over 9 administrative villages and 3 neighborhood committees with a social population of 40,000. Lailong Town has a long history and profound cultural background. According to legend, in the middle of Ming Dynasty, it was once a lake in Fiona Fang, named "Bailu Lake", with weeping willows by the lake. The lake is sparkling, with beautiful scenery and pleasant scenery. A monk camped by the lake and dreamed that a dragon hung on the lake, so he built a temple in his house and named it "Lailong Temple", hence the name of the town.
