On the morning of 20 1 1 October11,the election meeting of the fifth session of the 11th Committee of Gangu County of CPPCC was held in the county auditorium. Wang Xiqing, secretary of the county party Committee, Li Xuchang, deputy secretary of the county party Committee, Wang Guizi, Jiang attended the meeting, and all members of the county party Committee attended the meeting. Zhang Tao was elected by secret ballot as the vice chairman of the 11th Committee of Gangu County.

2011April 12, Heng Bin, director of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress, presided over the 30th meeting of the 15th Standing Committee of the National People's Congress. Han Jinding, Wang Jianguo, Tianrong Huang, Wei Qingying, Xie Xingming and Wang Baijia, deputy directors of the county people's congress, attended the meeting. The meeting should be attended by 2 1 member of the National People's Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC), and actually 19 members, which is a quorum. Pan Huiqin, deputy county magistrate, and heads of organs, courts, procuratorates, people's social security bureaus and other relevant units attended the meeting as nonvoting delegates. The meeting reviewed the proposal of Gangu County People's Government and People's Court on the appointment and removal of personnel. Decided to appoint Yuan Hongbo as the deputy magistrate of Gangu County People's Government and remove Yang Pinggang from the post of deputy magistrate of Gangu County People's Government; Decided to appoint Wang as the director of Gangu County Education and Sports Bureau, and removed the post of director of Gangu County Education and Sports Bureau.
