It is because of respecting the "villagers' choice" that Tang Yue has four kinds of helpers: the old man, party member, villagers' representatives and returnees, who have played a mainstay role in the reform and development. Fourth, strictly abide by the management path of "Hong Jiu Rules and Blacklists". Tang Yue combined with the actual situation to improve the "Village Rules and Regulations", and put forward the "Hong Jiu Rule" and "blacklist" management methods around the management of village affairs such as chaotic catering and chaotic governance.
