Lie on your resume.
1.HR and some hidden rules for recruiters in business departments when screening resumes. Some classmates or friends who are looking for a job asked me, can I lie on my resume? Anyway, it's hard to see from the resume and interview process alone.

For example, make up an internship experience or work experience, make up a position I have never held, greatly improve my current treatment level, write my colleague's project experience as my own, and forge my academic qualifications. I can only say that most of the lies on your resume will be exposed. You may get an interview because you told a little lie, or you may get through the interview by luck, but it may stain your career.

Some seemingly insignificant lies make your resume look better and make you look more competitive, but experienced HR or business department interviewers may find it. Honesty is the most important thing in all enterprises' recruitment. Never forge your resume.

Our company has an HR. Let's call her Wendy. She worked in a headhunting company before she came to our company, and the interview was very accurate. There was once an interviewer who passed two rounds of business interviews. Wendy gave him a quality interview, but she told me that this person's work experience was "too neat" and was suspected of forgery.

I don't quite understand what "too neat" means. Wendy explained that each work experience is similar in time and almost "seamless". So she suggested a background check and I agreed. Because the background check requires the consent of the client, the interviewer has been dragging his feet and finally failed.

In fact, even if you don't do a background check, you must provide a social security account number when you join the company. Company HR can see how many companies have paid social security for you through social security records and how long. Once it doesn't match your resume, there will be a problem. Some people feel that they change jobs frequently and deliberately "merge" some work experiences, but you can see it by checking social security.

Don't fake a non-existent work experience in order to get an interview. Sometimes you quit your last job first, and it may take a long time to find your next job. Never make up an imaginary work experience and put it on your resume, because the flaws of work experience can easily be found in social security records.

Compared with the falsification of work experience, many people can get higher pay in their next job, and they will also falsely improve the treatment of their last job. In fact, this risk is also great, and experienced HR can see it at a glance. Because HR has a very important responsibility, that is, to understand the salary range of various industries, if your current salary exceeds the range, it will arouse HR's vigilance.

HR also has its own circle. They may have worked in different companies. Even if you don't know the market, you will consult people in the business department, and there is a great chance that you will find salary fraud.

Even if you didn't find it at that time, the general company will ask you to provide the bank running water or the income certificate issued by your last company before or after you joined the company. The money fixed on the running water of the bank every month is clear at a glance. And in the end, the company will not kindly give you a false certificate of high income, because it will involve legal risks. You can even infer your approximate income from the payment information of social insurance premiums.

Don't think that your income is only known to you, and you haven't exaggerated your current income, so your salary in your next job can be greatly improved. Your salary is determined by the company's salary system and your level, and there is a range. Your false salary will only make the company doubt your integrity.

4. I also met an interviewer who lied about the project experience when I was interviewing before. There is nothing wrong with the interviewer's company and working hours, but I have some questions about the project experience of a product, but I haven't asked why. Coincidentally, this interviewer had someone I knew in his last company, so I got to know the situation. Sure enough, the interviewer is not in charge of the product, but another colleague in the same department is in charge.

Coincidentally, I once recommended a former colleague to a good enterprise for an interview. Originally, this person's work experience basically meets the requirements, and with my recommendation, it should be no problem to pass the interview. But in order to increase project experience, he even took other people's works and mixed them in his resume. As a result, the interviewer was exposed on the spot during the interview because the interviewer knew the real author of the work. Because of this, I was questioned by the person in charge of the corresponding department of that enterprise, which made me very embarrassed. So now I'm not entirely sure if I will recommend others. Too risky, thankless, and smashed his own brand.

When we do business interviews, we sometimes meet people from the same company and ask if we know the previous interviewer. On the one hand, this is for opening remarks, on the other hand, you may get some information from interviewers A and B, so it is very likely that you learned about your dishonest behavior in your resume and interview from colleagues.

In fact, many industries have small circles. You may think that you know other people's projects and skillfully put them on your resume, but it is very likely that you can't stand the detailed inquiry of the examiner, or you will be exposed unexpectedly, and you will only lose more than you gain.

5. Another time was to recruit interns, and there were cases where interns lied on their resumes. The intern's resume says that he is the monitor. Because I am an intern, I don't pay special attention to the authenticity of the information on my resume. It's just a coincidence that two of his classmates also came for an interview. I didn't pay special attention to the second classmate's interview until the third classmate came for an interview. My opening remarks are that your monitor XXX and another classmate come for an interview. But the third classmate paused and said that their monitor was another person. Maybe I made a mistake.

I immediately understood that the first classmate should have lied. In order to get an interview, some graduates write some positions they have never held or social activities they have not participated in on their resumes. Although this may get an interview, once caught, it will be included in the blacklist of company integrity.

There are also people who forge academic certificates and English level certificates, which is the most unacceptable. Generally, the company will ask the interviewer to provide the qualification verification certificate of the talent market, and even if the interviewer is not required to provide it, he will arrange someone to go to the relevant website for verification. Experienced HR even knows the authenticity of the academic certificate at the touch of his hand, just like a money detector. Therefore, academic fraud is absolutely not allowed.

Your resume is who you are. You can write in detail and make it look good, but don't fake it. The industry circle is very small, and the fakes you make may be found inadvertently. Even if you hide your luck, you may accidentally reveal it in the future. Please remember that the principle of employing people in enterprises is that honesty is always greater than ability.
