I. Existing problems

Hold seminars and other activities to promote public services and infrastructure construction, listen carefully to the opinions of grassroots people, towns and villages in Fu Bao and relevant units, humbly find out their outstanding problems in terms of ideological understanding, responsibility, work measures, task promotion and discipline, and earnestly carry out criticism and self-criticism. The relevant issues are now analyzed as follows:

1, ideological understanding. Although I can always consciously and comprehensively study the principles and policies of the CPC Central Committee on poverty alleviation, especially I can make full use of various opportunities to thoroughly study and understand General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on poverty alleviation and the spirit of related important speeches with the help of modern media, I still lack in-depth and profound study.

The problem of inaccurate understanding of spiritual essence; There are still some limitations in understanding the arduousness and severity of poverty alleviation tasks. It has always been believed that, with the unremitting efforts of everyone for more than five years, Beiping Village, a commercial town in Fu Bao Village, has been lifted out of poverty as a whole last year. Even though it has completed a one-sided understanding of the whole task of lifting out of poverty, it has not realized that there is still a place to lift out of poverty in the village.

The thinking and research on the outstanding problems that low-income households and bottom-level households still need to do carefully are not deep enough; After the whole village of Fu Bao left the team, especially under the great pressure of the city's economic work, I feel that I have not invested enough energy, thought too much, and did not do enough, and occasionally I have the idea of breathing a sigh of relief.

The current poverty alleviation work has not been correctly viewed from a political and overall perspective, and the political responsibility for poverty alleviation needs to be further strengthened.

2. Responsibility for attack. Although the poverty alleviation work can still be carried out in a steady and orderly manner according to the requirements of all levels, especially the poverty alleviation work in Fu Bao Village has been carried out in an orderly and steady manner according to the Poverty Alleviation Plan of Beiping Village 20 15-2020, the whole village of Fu Bao Village was released last year.

The problem of insufficient investment in poverty alleviation work in Fu Bao Village is still not true for the implementation of poverty alleviation responsibilities of some cadres in the Committee. There are still some places that are not in place, and there are always some details that are not handled in place; There is not enough research on Party building to promote poverty alleviation, and the efforts to mobilize party member cadres' creative work need to be strengthened.

The practice of guiding the secretary of Beiping village and members of the village team to play the role of "leading geese" is too simple and the role is not fully played; In consolidating and implementing the main responsibility of village rectification, there are still problems such as poor working conditions of village cadres, unclear village bases, lax supervision and inspection, and repeated rectification of related problems.

3. Work measures. In guiding the work of the resident team and the "four forces" in the village, although all the work can be carried out in strict accordance with the central precise poverty alleviation strategy and the Implementation Plan for Poverty Alleviation in Beiping Village (20 15-2020), the Municipal Development and Reform Commission has been commended by the municipal party committee and the municipal government as an advanced unit for poverty alleviation in the city for five consecutive years.

The resident team of the Municipal Development and Reform Commission has been commended as an "excellent resident team" by the Party committee government, the county party committee government and the municipal party committee government of Shangzhen Town, Danfeng County for three consecutive years. However, there are still places where industrial support is not allowed and specific work cannot be grasped. The understanding of "two guarantees and three guarantees" is not accurate enough, and it is safe in dealing with basic medical care and chronic diseases.

There are still misunderstandings about the protection of critical illness; When doing well the "two guarantees", there is still a deviation in understanding. Because the drinking water of residents in Fu Bao village is affected by seasonality, the safe drinking water of some villagers has not been completely solved, and the overall drinking water safety of residents needs to be improved. The renovation of dangerous houses in non-poor households is not solid enough, and some places are not in place.

In terms of industrial poverty alleviation, there are not many methods, ways, ideas and work.

4. Task advancement. In the process of poverty alleviation, it can be steadily and orderly promoted in strict accordance with the "Landscape Improvement Design Plan of Beiping Village in Danfengshang Town" and "Industry and Infrastructure Planning of Beiping Village". However, in the specific work, there are still some problems such as greedy infrastructure construction in Fu Bao village, imperfect and incomplete improvement of living environment in the village, and low quality of improvement work.

Under the relocation of ex situ poverty alleviation, great efforts were made to solve the relocation problem, and all 58 relocated households in Fu Bao Village achieved the turnkey. However, in terms of employment security after relocation, they did not think much and did not do enough, and the reclamation work of the relocated households' old house base was not solid; The economic benefits of the cooperation between Jiangsu and Shaanxi in poverty alleviation are not obvious, the implementation of dividends is not strong, and the results are not particularly obvious.

5. Discipline style. In specific work, I can strictly abide by the eight central regulations and requirements at all levels, and have never brought any trouble to Fu Bao Village and the local government. For many years, I have never taken anything from the village, nor have I eaten a mouthful of rice from the village. I do this myself, and I also strictly demand all Fu Bao cadres to do so. However, we are carrying out the "Precision Poverty Alleviation Day" and visiting households.

In the "four branches, five winds and six transformations" activities, there is a phenomenon that the overall inspection and supervision are not in place, and there are always some details that are not handled in place; The work of "promoting reform through cases" is planned, arranged and taken measures, but the work is not in-depth, meticulous and comprehensive, and it is not enough to eliminate the bad influence caused by poverty alleviation in Feng Xinzhu.

Second, the reason analysis

Analysis of the problems existing in the work of getting rid of poverty is mainly due to my relaxed thinking, inaccurate understanding of policies and inadequate work measures. Specific performance in:

More often, we just talk a lot and don't run through the whole process of work. I always thought that Fu Bao Village had been listed as a whole, and the big task had been completed, so I didn't need to invest too much energy to develop the urban economy.

I focused on doing a good job in major projects in the city, creating a business environment, and building a public service platform, and relaxed the efforts to get rid of poverty. Seeing what others are doing, I follow suit and blindly follow the crowd. In the specific work, we did not strictly demand ourselves, relaxed our requirements, and did not inspire comrades around us through our words and deeds.

The poverty alleviation work and the overall work are not considered as a whole, and there are deviations and misunderstandings in the overall arrangement. It has always been thought that Fu Bao Village has been listed as a whole, and the infrastructure in the village has been put in place. Fu Bao Village has passed the "57" standard acceptance of provinces, cities and counties, and the "two guarantees" and "two guarantees" have been realized and passed the third-party evaluation and acceptance organized by the central government.

The village collective economic organizations have already been put into operation, realizing the first dividend, and all the households supported by them have achieved stable poverty alleviation. They can rest assured that they are lucky.

Third, the direction of rectification.

Focus on your own problems, start from your own ideological source, and really do a good job in poverty alleviation with practical actions. In view of the problems found out, I will make the following rectification:
