Jolin Tsai, whose real name is Jolin Tsai, was born in Quanzhou City, Fujian Province,1September 1980 1980 in Xinzhuang City, Taipei County, Taiwan Province City, China (now Xinzhuang District, New Taipei City). She is the second child in the family. She has a sister and her father, Cai Zhuchen, who is an accountant. Huang's mother, a low-key person, rarely appears in front of the media. She has been a volunteer in Taipei Hospital for ten years. I graduated from Beijing and was admitted to the English Department of Fu Jen Catholic University. She is a classmate of Faye, the female lead singer in F.I.R..
