2. What about the experience outside of work?

Compared with work experience, full-time experience is a minor part, but writing well can still shine. The experience after work mainly shows your ability and versatility. You can write down the fans you gained on social media in your spare time, and the activities you participated in or organized in your spare time to let the interviewer know that you are a comprehensive candidate.

3. How to write the education in your resume?

For those who have worked for several years, academic qualifications are not as important as fresh graduates, and they can be written under work experience and non-work experience, but if the academic background is excellent, it is also a big plus. If education is not dominant, you can focus on describing your work experience. Note that this is only on the premise of having many years of work experience. When you have a short working life, you still have to write your education on your resume.

4. What other abilities need to be supplemented?

You can write your own language ability, software use skills and so on. You can also add hobbies, but it should be noted that hobbies can only be used as a supplement, not just hobbies. The most important thing in a resume is work experience and information related to the target position.
