On September 2, 2020, KLOC-0, Yulin Municipal People's Government decided to appoint Du Zhilong as the deputy director of Yulin Municipal Public Security Bureau and a county-level patrol member. Yang Lijun is a county-level scout of Yulin Public Security Bureau. Du Zhilong, the new deputy director, previously served as a member of the Party Committee of Yulin Public Security Bureau and director of Yuyang Branch.

According to official website's article of Yuyang District Government, Du Zhilong is also the director of Yuyang Branch after serving as the deputy director of Yulin Public Security Bureau. Yulin currently governs 2 districts and 9 counties 1 city. Since August last year, the public security leaders in several districts and counties have been adjusted.
