Ueda, 1938 was born, 196 1 studied in the Department of Management, University of South Georgia, USA, 1964 graduated from the Department of Economics, Keio University, Japan. He has served as Secretary of the Trade Union, Deputy Director of the International Economic Department, Minister of Propaganda Department, Executive Director of the Economic Reporting Center (Commonwealth of Independent States) and Professor of SHEN WOO University. He is currently an honorary professor at SHEN WOO University and a visiting professor at Ritsumeikan University.

Main achievements: editing and translation of "Understanding Drucker's Four Series" and "Drucker's Four Masterpieces", all the translation work of Professor peter drucker's main works, and co-author of "Industry Forecast in the Information Age".
