Xiao Nanying (1938-), female, Hua Dan, is a famous overseas Chaozhou opera actress. Miancheng, Chaoyang District, Shantou City, is one of the "Five Golden Flowers" of the first generation of Chaozhou Opera.

1953 joined Zhengshun Chaozhou Opera Troupe, 1956 was transferred to Guangdong Chaozhou Opera Troupe, and then transferred to Guangdong Chaozhou Theatre. Mr. Ma Fei once worked in Hua Dan, studying under Chaozhou Opera.

She has played more than a dozen excellent roles, such as Yichun in Chen San, Chen Miaochang in The Long Boat Chasing, Miss Soul Building, Wu Feixia in The Assassination of Liang Ji, Yichun in Li Jing Ji, Princess Babel, and especially Hua Dan.

In particular, in 196 1 year, she participated in the filming of the Chaozhou opera art film Li Jingji (namely, Chen Sanwu Niang), and successfully created the character image of her handmaid Yichun in the film, which was loved by audiences at home and abroad.
