Luo Ning,1June 958+181October, was born in Fufeng, Shaanxi. Painter and art critic. Graduated from the postgraduate class of Xi Academy of Fine Arts with a master's degree in fine arts. He is now a member of China Artists Association, and once served as vice president, researcher and member of the Art Committee of Shaanxi Traditional Chinese Painting Academy. Researcher of Shaanxi Provincial Museum of Literature and History, now director of Shaanxi Provincial Art Museum.
