Experience in editing and interviewing ASUS magazine;
I didn't expect to go to ASUS for an interview. Actually, I submitted my resume casually. I didn't expect to call me for an interview. Considering that my English is not good and people need to be proficient in English, I called to confirm that this young lady is quite enthusiastic. Let's talk about it later.
Having said that, I decided to give it a try. I prepared 1 day of English for the interview, and fully realized the sadness of poor English. Finally, on a sunny afternoon, I came to Xinzhuang Industrial Park. I didn't expect to go too early, so I had to wait on the roadside lawn. Finally, I walked into the door of ASUS at 13:40. I don't know why. It's just a big factory. I went up to the second floor and found the front door of ASUS. Well, it's not what I expected. The receptionist asked me who I was looking for, and I was interviewed face to face. She asked me to wait by the side. While waiting, a lady came in and saw an interview. My intuition tells me that it must be my competitor. As expected, when the receptionist put us in a conference room, we
At this time, another person was brought in, which didn't look so bad. Later, a supervisor came to talk to us and asked us for some works. By the way, I went to interview the magazine editor. Hehe, actually, I haven't made a magazine. I really don't know why they want me to go. Then, their department manager, who is from Taiwan Province Province, was called.
This Taiwan Province man is really a formidable character. He speaks rudely. He always asks some tricky questions. He asked us why our salary was higher than our previous position. The other two respondents did not answer. Then Taiwan Province Province always thought we didn't understand, so I made an analogy there. I said a lot when I was uncomfortable. Later, people in Taiwan Province Province asked us why we thought he could pay us so much, and asked us to give a reason to prove that we were worth the price. After asking this question, the other two didn't answer. I felt very depressed and said it. I said I didn't say you would definitely give me this price. This is just my expectation. I said that from my point of view, I would also think that enterprises should judge whether I am qualified or not because of a short interview. I said that on-site performance does not represent a person's true quality. I said that the probation period is the standard for enterprises to judge a person. I forgot to say a lot anyway. As soon as I finished, the woman and the boy began to talk. Hehe, that boy used to be a master in Fudan Chinese Department, but he didn't mix well. Two years after graduation, the salary is only 3500. This woman/KLOC-0 graduated from Wuhan University in 1997, majoring in English. Speaking of Shanghai 1 years, she said that her salary is 5000 now. After listening to the woman's salary of 5,000 yuan, people in Taiwan Province Province have obviously changed, so I guess I don't want to pay this price.
People in Taiwan Province Province are having a hard time, and the supervisor started talking to us again, saying that there are 26 people in this department, 10 is a foreigner, and mainly publishes ASUS magazines. They have traditional Chinese, English, soft culture and small language magazines. They also said some benefits. It seems that they can get 18 months' salary inside. They can have five days off after working for a year. You don't have to pay for the near ones, but you have to pay for the far ones. Usually overtime is not money, so you can take a vacation. After working for half a year, you can get an efficiency bonus, three times a year, which is 1.2- 1.5 times the salary. So you can get 18 months' salary. You can have a free dinner if you work overtime until 7: 30.
According to the woman, Asustek will move to Nanhui in the future, and Asustek will buy a piece of land there, which is ten times larger than Suzhou, and their Taiwan Province provincial headquarters will also come to the mainland in the future. It seems that the domestic market will pay more and more attention in the future.
The interview is over. It's already half past three. I wanted to leave originally, because I came out on leave. The woman said we were going to write an article there, so we had no choice but to write. It is not difficult for them to revise an article in the market. The hard part is that it's a mess and it's hard to correct it. It's already half past six and I'm not in the mood.
Come out of ASUS and walk on Chundong Road without street lights. I remembered what I saw before. Heaven is on the left and ASUS is on the right. I can't help feeling very much. I already know that I have no hope, but I think I will write down the interview process and show it to everyone. Ha ha.
Questions asked by the interviewer:
Why do you think he can pay us so much? How can we prove that we are worth the price?

Interview experience of ASUS management trainees;
The first resume, I voted for ASUS. .......
After the resume is screened. When I was in the Guangzhou business headquarters of ASUS in Tianhe Industrial Park, I talked to a young HR, and later I learned that he was not HR, and later I learned that everyone inside could do HR. On the one hand, I briefly talked about my resume, verified its authenticity, and understood my personality characteristics. I used to ask myself some questions to answer others when I was recruiting people in the Youth League Committee. Now I feel that I have answered the same question. I changed my role, but I was still careful. At the same time, it ends in a relaxed chat. Finally, I tentatively asked a question. Their employment standards are quite appropriate to the young man's satisfied smile.
The second interview was in the afternoon of the next day or at the headquarters, but not many people came to the interview that day. This is still a one-on-one interview. I got the position of business manager in South China. His interview is more about personal social practice and all aspects of life, in the form of chatting. Finally, he asked me about my ideal salary. When asked this question, I felt that I had passed it. I think the form of chatting is quite interesting. People often expose themselves when they relax, and others can see the real you at that time, so no matter which link, as long as the interview is not over, you can't be too proud. Maybe you will hang up with a small gesture and a casual remark. Everything you say is as false as everything you say. Who can guarantee that everything you said in the interview is true? If you tell a lie, you should wrap it well.
It has been half a month since I received the notice to enter Guangdong Division. It's like finding a wallet that was lost half a month ago. There are 10 contestants, and each contestant needs to plan a campus promotion plan for ASUS laptops. For me, who only dealt with mathematics and programs in college, I have no idea. Two days before I submitted the proposal, I got new inspiration from my girlfriend. So there are people who pretend to be organizers to "negotiate" with the heads of some societies, understand the planning scheme of their own activities, and then combine their own ideas, then you're done. Of course, this is too unkind of me.
The recruitment of ASUS has been going on for several years, and every time it is grand. Not many people are recruited, and there are only a dozen in the country. Later, I learned that drunkenness is not for wine. Asustek's business in China is only 4%, and it needs to be further opened in the mainland market. The campus of the university is undoubtedly its excellent publicity platform.
Asustek's recruitment finale was in the city tryouts of 1 1.2. Players need to organize their relatives and friends to cheer for their trials two days before the trials. Then, on the morning of the trial, the contestants also need to have a live roadshow on campus to design their own posters, and then find strangers to vote for their posters at the designated time and place and persuade them to participate in their own competitions. Fortunately, as long as it is not for money, everyone can accept it. Those two days were not happy. I didn't have a good meal. I feel so nervous.
When it came time to be a battlefield group P, I thought I wasn't ready. I felt very negative at that time and dared not deal with that fact. There is a saying in eat drink man woman that life can't be like cooking. You can't cook until all the materials are ready. I think all I can do is do it! Later, I learned that confidence is really important. Never lose to yourself before losing to others.
The trial schedule is divided into: personal style display-one minute self-introduction; Scenario simulation-90 seconds time-limited answer; On-site written test-logical reasoning; Cooperation and interaction-teamwork on-site poster design; Stress interview-Give you pressure to interview on the spot.
In fact, I really didn't open my mouth to say much. The first part is quite stressful for me. When I express it, I feel like I am reciting it. Anyway, I barely passed. When the second quarter arrived, I realized that the first quarter was not even as good as warming up. The host's problem not only increased the tension of the atmosphere. Friends and relatives are worried about athletes. For each question, players basically have to answer it in a few seconds, and then state the solution. Time is limited to one and a half minutes. But to put it bluntly, I will test your reaction ability. I am the last answer. I can make more preparations, observe the performance of other players, and sigh that their reaction ability and expression ability are excellent, but at the same time my heart is cold. Some problems, such as the first day of employment, your superiors didn't arrange anything for you. What would you do? Please introduce a CPU to an 8-year-old child. There is a backlog of computers in the warehouse. How to deal with it? ...... Faced with such a problem, maybe the audience sitting comfortably and calmly will give a reasonable and innovative solution in a short time, but for the players sitting in the ring facing hundreds of pairs of eyes, the so-called calm, don't give yourself pressure, don't be nervous are all nonsense. When the projector at the scene switched to the next picture of the computer mainframe with a goldfish bowl, I said to myself, it's my turn.
It is this topic that puts some hats on my confidence. It is said to be a scene simulation, so the host should enter the scene with the contestants. I called the host to Taiwan Province Center, and I assumed that I was a salesman, selling products to a tricky customer (host). In this process, the rule of the game is that no matter how you promote it, "customers" will refuse to buy your products for various reasons, unless you are good enough to blow the products to the sky. As the judges commented on me later, I was very nervous. I didn't stand in the customer's position to convince the other party how good it is to focus on the product. As a result, I won't say how I was humiliated. It's still embarrassing to say it now.
After the on-site written test, the next step is teamwork. The judges divided us into two groups. Each group made a poster on the spot, and created a poster of a portable bag promoting the concept of environmental protection under the brand of ASUS for four minutes. Let's make it clear. Perhaps everyone is concerned about what kind of posters the contestants want to design, and the judges around us are more concerned about how the contestants create posters during the whole poster creation process. Remember that the core of this link is teamwork, and the jury will see if the players are too nervous or too careless in the process. I know there is such a survival rule that those who are willing to play the humblest role in the team and make their own efforts for the team silently deserve the greatest respect.
Do more practical things and talk more empty words, which will not be out of date. How many graduates who pretend to be B can say a lot of unrealistic things when they arrive at XX company and XX enterprise, but they can't start. People who get along in the company have seen less of the world than you. There is no shortage of people who pretend to be B, but there are also people who are good to themselves and don't pretend to be B, and they accidentally mentioned these people. Of course, when you sit firmly in a position, you don't need to pretend to be B.
Back at the scene, when the poster was created, the ignition was a statement of the plan. The other party's plan is obviously better than mine. Their idea was to use one thing for many purposes, and they also created a slogan that was praised as a classic at that time: "I go shopping, I only use environmental protection bags, I only use ASUS." No exaggeration, no embellishment, a very real sentence, which is fresh in people's memory. And our group is not weak, but the creative thinking lies more in packaging-"ASUS Super Universal Saver". When making a statement, we are more explaining the literal meaning than creating relevant environmental protection concepts. However, this link has given us a lot of gains, especially teamwork. I heard that when Ericsson finally faced it, he liked to play team games. If he lost, the team would go, and if he won, he would stay. The reason for losing is just a complaint from the team.
In fact, I think stress interview needs to be described most, but I think only people who feel the atmosphere can understand how the harsh judges crush the confident players one by one, just like the program in Li Ao, where Li Ao, a madman, has to beat the bottom of someone else's pot before letting go. Say stress interview, to put it bluntly, is to give people pressure, and the players who have been overwhelmed by the judges have to go back to their seats.
........
When the judges announced that I was the first to get the pass of ASUS College, I was not too surprised, because I was ready to be eliminated. However, when I woke up, I felt that everything came suddenly, but I stumbled to the finish line. In the cheers of the audience, I showed my first real smile in these days.
