Saving Private Ryan is a war film produced by DreamWorks 1998, directed by Steven Allan Spielberg and co-starred by Tom Hanks, tom sizemore and Matt Damon. The film was released in the United States on July 24th, 1998.
The film describes the four sons of the Ryan family who fought in the front line after landing in Normandy. Except for the youngest son, Private James Ryan, who belongs to Airborne Division 10 1, the other three sons have been killed in various places within two weeks.
General Marshall, the chief of staff of the US Army, was informed of the incident. For humanitarian reasons, he ordered the front line to organize an eight-member team to find out the elusive private James Ryan in the sea of people and bullets, and send him back safely.
