Is Aerospace Taixin Technology a Central Enterprise or a State-owned Enterprise?
Aerospace Taixin Technology is not a central enterprise, but a state-owned enterprise. Aerospace Taixin Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Aerospace Taixin for short) is a pure state-owned enterprise engaged in the research and development and production of ventricular assist devices in China, which is approved by the Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense of the Ministry of Finance and jointly funded by Beijing Institute of Precision Electromechanical Control Equipment, Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone State-owned Assets Management Company and Changzheng Rocket Industry Co., Ltd. The company is registered in Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone, with a research and production base of 3,500 square meters and a research and development center in Beijing. State-owned enterprises refer to enterprises controlled or wholly owned by the state, and the ownership belongs to the state. As the national financial management department, the National Defense Department of the Ministry of Finance often approves companies directly or indirectly controlled by the Ministry of Finance, that is, state-owned enterprises. Central enterprises refer to enterprises directly controlled by the central government and their ownership belongs to the central government. Although the Ministry of Finance is a department of the central government, the National Defense Department of the Ministry of Finance is not an organization that directly controls enterprises, but is responsible for the financial management and supervision of the national defense industry. Therefore, the company approved by the Department of National Defense of the Ministry of Finance is not a state-owned enterprise but a state-owned enterprise.
