1985, I was admitted to the Anthropology Department of Sun Yat-sen University by Zhenping College Entrance Examination. Because my father was a teacher and a rightist during the Cultural Revolution, I chose archaeology as my major, far from politics and reality. However, when I saw our teacher holding a cold pebble in his hand in a class and said it was a tool used by primitive people, my heart was cold. I knew it was difficult to cultivate archaeology in my life.

1989, without telling my family, I entered the postgraduate program of Wuhan University Law School. I didn't expect to be admitted to Wuhan University Law School with the first place in this major. It is said that my father shed tears because this major is too close to politics to be punished.

1992 graduate students stay in school to teach. From 65438 to 0995, Professor Guo Feng studied comparative company law from Professor Yu Jinsong, a famous expert in international economic law, and his master tutor Professor Qi Duojun paid close attention to his research as always. Under the careful training and guidance of the two masters, Professor Guo Feng's academic journey once again ushered in a new starting point. He received his doctorate from 65438 to 0999. I studied history at the Chinese University, and then I studied economic law, civil and commercial law and international economic law. Because of the "turmoil", I was sent to work in Wuhan Blower Factory for one year in my first year as a graduate student, and I forged a deep friendship and got a preliminary understanding of China's national conditions. Part-time job in a law firm, as the office director of Luojia Law Firm, accompanied many judicial officials, and sorted out the relevant materials of the firm, which gave birth to the civilized law firm of the Ministry of Justice, participated in the negotiations of Hong Kong China Resources Group's acquisition of Wuhan Oulian Dongpu and Singapore Simatai Holding Company's acquisition of Geheyan Hydropower Station, and felt the situation and fate of state-owned enterprises.

I have taught undergraduate and graduate students company law, securities law, commercial law and economic law. I have written some articles and published some books, but so far I have found that I am not satisfied, and sometimes I even feel that I have misled my children. Especially recently, I have found that there are more and more confused things, and I deeply feel that it is not easy to be a good teacher and scholar. Now my idea is to do my duty and live up to my students and conscience.
