The sixth son, Xu Qinmei, was the secretariat of Lin Lang and Dongli. 189 1 year, Xu Qinmei recruited Chinese workers to introduce rubber in Dongli, turning the wasteland into a rubber garden. 190 1 year, Xu Qinmei was promoted as the governor of Phuket on the west coast by the Siam government. When he was in office, he rewarded exhibitors and attached importance to mining, which made the local economy develop rapidly. 1905, Xu Qinmei died, and the Siamese king built a bronze statue of him in Dongli, honoring him as a duke.
