According to the Notice of General Office of the State Council, the General Office of the Central Committee of the CPC on Printing and Distributing the Institutional Reform Plan of Guizhou Provincial People's Government (Qian Ban Fa [2009]12) and the Implementation Opinions of Guizhou Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and Guizhou Provincial People's Government on the Institutional Reform of the Provincial People's Government (Qian Dang Fa [2009] No.7), the Provincial Agriculture Committee was established as a department of the provincial people's government. The Rural Work Committee of Guizhou Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) was established (hereinafter referred to as the Provincial Committee of Agriculture), which was designated as the agency of Guizhou Province of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and co-located with the Provincial Committee of Agriculture. Teng, former deputy director of the Agricultural Committee of Guizhou Province, was sentenced to 1 1.5 years in the first instance for accepting bribes.
