On June 10, Hangzhou Postal Branch and Qiantang District People's Government of Hangzhou held the signing ceremony of the cooperation framework agreement for the construction of Hangzhou Mail Processing Center project.

Fang Zhipeng, general manager of the provincial branch, and Yang Jiashu, deputy general manager, held talks with Shen, deputy secretary of Qiantang District Committee, acting district head and deputy district head respectively, and attended the signing ceremony together.

Xing, general manager of Hangzhou Branch, and Feng, director of Linjiang High-tech Park Management Office, respectively signed the contract on behalf of both parties.
