Famous internal combustion engine expert, second-level professor. 1920 to 1930 studied in Lixian Middle School and Nankai University in Qingdao. 1934 graduated from department of mechanical engineering, Jiaotong University, and then studied at the Aviation College of the University of Turin, Italy. 1937 received a doctorate in engineering. From 65438 to 0937, he returned to China and worked as a teacher in Aviation Machinery School of Kuomintang Aviation Committee, and as a professor in Northwest Institute of Technology, Zhejiang University and Southwest United University. 1945 in March, he went to study in the Institute of Mechanical Engineering of Yale University, and later taught at Newark Institute of Technology. He returned to China from 65438 to 0947 and taught at Xiamen University and Shandong University successively. 1950 Dean of Engineering College of Shandong University. /kloc-in the autumn of 0/952, he served as president and professor of Shandong University of Technology. Later, he served as the vice chairman of the first Jinan CPPCC, the second and third Shandong CPPCC, the vice chairman of the Provincial Association for Science and Technology, and the vice chairman of the Shandong Sino-Soviet Friendship Association. From 65438 to 0953, he joined the China Democratic League, served as a member of the NLD Central Committee and the first chairman of NLD Province, and was elected as a representative of the first, second and third National People's Congress.
