Chinese phonetic notation is not accurate, I'll give you Roman phonetic notation:
Watashi(shi approximate "west") wa chinrinan(chin approximate "Qin" rin approximate "forest") to moshimasu(su approximate "thinking"), yoro(ro approximate "Luo") shikuonegai shimasu.
This statement is a more authentic Japanese statement. The general Chinese translation is "My name is Chen Lunan, please give me more advice", which basically contains the meaning of "Nice to meet you". It is rare to say "ぁなたとりぇてです" directly. This sentence is too blunt.
