Make full preparations before class, carefully design teaching plans, teach each class flexibly according to the actual situation of each class, strive to complete the content in class as soon as possible, carefully correct students' homework after class, and adopt different correction methods for different classes to make students more interested in art and improve their art level. In addition, after the teaching, according to the gains and losses, write some feelings and teaching reflections after teaching in time, ranging from a few short sentences to a long paragraph, so as to accumulate experience for future teaching. At the same time, we also actively communicate with the class teacher to understand the students, improve the teaching methods and break through the learning methods.
