Wang Jiayi told reporters that in kindergarten construction, Gansu Province pays special attention to teachers in rural kindergartens, not only by recruiting local administrators, but also through the province's preferential treatment plan, and at the same time sends a group of surplus teachers transferred from rural primary schools to kindergartens. He said that rural preschool education in Gansu province adheres to the principle of "four advantages", that is, it is conducive to the use of surplus school buildings and teachers; Conducive to the participation of social forces; Conducive to children entering the park nearby; It is conducive to hierarchical management and ensures the scientific education and safety of kindergartens in the process of town, street, community and village participating in kindergarten management.

The country takes the lead in realizing free preschool education.

"From 2065438 to March 2006, according to the registration situation, all 700,000 school-age children in the province receive preschool education free of charge, whether in urban or rural areas." Wang Jiayi said.

How to solve the cost?

Wang Jiayi said that the pre-school education funds were all paid by the government, and the plan was passed at the Gansu Provincial People's Congress on 20 16, and the funds have been kept.
