The prototype is the famous inspector Huang of the French Concession in Shanghai.

Huang (1868—1June 20th, 953) was born in Yuyao, Zhejiang, and Suzhou, Jiangsu. Green gang was a famous Wang in old Shanghai, and he was called the Big Three of Shanghai together with Du Fu.

In his early years, he was an apprentice in Cuihuatang Painting Shop of Shanghai Chenghuang Temple. From 65438 to 0892 (18th year of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty), he worked as an inspector in the French Concession until he was promoted to the only inspector general of China in the police force. Later, he colluded with imperialists, bureaucrats and politicians to develop feudal gang forces, and became the largest leader in green gang, with more than 0/000 disciples, manipulating gambling and other criminal activities.

Huang's later years:

1April, 927, organized the China communist progressive association, participated in the "412 counter-revolutionary coup", and then massacred * * * people and revolutionary masses. In the same year, he resigned as the inspector general of the French Concession Inspection Department. 1928 was appointed by Chiang Kai-shek as a major general of the National Government and the Executive Yuan. During War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression's stay in Shanghai, he refused to take a fake post to safeguard national integrity.

1945 after the victory of War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, Rongshe was established, and its influence spread throughout the country's industry, commerce, agriculture, mining and culture. After the founding of People's Republic of China (PRC), he confessed his crimes to the people's government. 1953 ended his life in Shanghai Huang Mansion on June 20th at the age of 85.
