Cai E (1882.12.18—1916.10/.8) was originally named Songpo. China, a modern strategist, was born in Baoqing (now Shaoyang), Hunan Province. He was the main organizer and leader of the Baojia Uprising in Yunnan in 19 15.

I went to a private school when I was a child. 65438-0898 was admitted to Wu Shi School in Changsha, studied under Liang Qichao and Tan Sitong, and was influenced by Liang Qichao and others' reform ideas. Later, he entered Shanghai Nanyang Public School. From 65438 to 0899, he went to Japan and studied at Tokyo Tatung College and Yokohama East Asia Business School. 1900, he returned to China with Tang to participate in the independence army uprising. After the failure, he changed his name to "Hua" and was determined to "save the country by bleeding". Go back to Japan. First into adult schools, then into the Army NCO School, studying military affairs, and participating in the organization of "Russian Volunteers". 1904 returned to China after graduation and taught the new army in Hunan, Guangxi and Yunnan provinces. 19 1 1 At the beginning of the year, he was transferred to Yunnan and served as the 37th Company of the 19th Town of the New Army. 10 years 10 on October 30th, when revolutionaries led the new army in Kunming to respond to the Wuchang Uprising, Cai was promoted to temporary revolutionary commander-in-chief. He sneaked back to Yunnan from Beijing.
