Intelligent building management personnel: refers to the personnel engaged in building intelligent system management and equipment management, operation and maintenance. The main work includes managing and maintaining building wiring, monitoring, using and maintaining building equipment, managing communication and network systems, using and improving intelligent building management systems, and managing fire alarm and safety prevention systems.

Occupation grade

There are three levels of this profession, namely: intelligent building manager (national vocational qualification level 4), assistant intelligent building manager (national vocational qualification level 3) and intelligent building manager (national vocational qualification level 2).

Note: At present, the examination grades are Grade 4 and Grade 3.

Duration of vocational training

Full-time vocational school education is determined according to its training objectives and teaching plan. Improve the training cycle: intelligent building administrators should have no less than 160 standard hours; Assistant intelligent building manager shall have no less than 150 standard class hours; The intelligent building manager should be no less than 120 standard hours.
