Heze City, a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Shandong Province, is the peony capital of China, which was called Cao Zhou in ancient times. Located in the southwest of Shandong Province, at the junction of Shandong, Jiangsu, Henan and Anhui provinces, it is adjacent to Jining City in the east, Xuzhou City in Jiangsu Province and Suzhou City in Anhui Province in the southeast, Shangqiu City in Henan Province in the south, Kaifeng City and Xinxiang City in Henan Province in the west and Puyang City in Henan Province in the north. It is located between 34 39' and 35 52' north latitude, east longitude114 45'-1/6 25', north-south length157km, and east-west width/kloc.

Heze used to be a natural ancient river, where rivers meet and flow out, connecting ancient water and Surabaya. It was renamed Longchi in the Tang Dynasty and Xiayue Lake in the Qing Dynasty. In the 13th year of Yongzheng, Qing Dynasty, it was promoted to the prefecture of Guo Wei County. Heze was named after "Heshan" in the south and "Razer" in the north. Heze has a long history and enjoys the reputation of "the best in the world". Nine schools in Gong Yu, Heze, Leize, Onoze and Meng Zhuze, are all in China.

1, folk acrobatics

Acrobatics has been rising in Juye County for more than 400 years. During the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty, two artists from Cangzhou, Hebei Province came here to collect disciples and spread their skills, which gradually became a trend and became more popular in the Qing Dynasty. In the 1960s, Konglou in Juye County founded an acrobatic school, which has trained many excellent actors for more than forty years. Many actors are famous not only in the domestic art world but also abroad, and have won many international awards. In July 2004, the Shandong Provincial Department of Culture named Dayi Town, Juye County as "the hometown of folk acrobatics".

2. Shadow play

Heze shadow play, also known as paper storytelling, originated in fengcun, zhang wan Town, Dingtao District in the late Qing Dynasty. Feng's ancestors moved to Dingtao in the Ming Dynasty. In the first year of Daoguang, Feng Yuqi and Feng Yufu were inspired by the art of paper-cutting, which has been circulated for six generations. Compared with the art of rap in other places in Shandong, Dingtao Shadow Play is closer to the local opera, which is unique in the art of shadow play in Shandong and has been listed in the list of intangible cultural heritage protection by the Shandong provincial government.
