research results

Mainly engaged in chemical biology research. The synthesis and activity of porphyrin -5- fluorouracil antitumor drugs, the synthesis of porphyrin-ruthenium bipyridine, porphyrin-amino acid and other photosynthetic simulation systems, and their photochemical and photophysical properties were studied successively. Recognition interaction between small molecular compounds (including vitamin K3, 2- aminopurine, oligoamide, porphyrin derivatives, etc.). ) and DNA Good work has been accumulated in the field of chemical biology, especially in the interaction between small chemical molecules and biological macromolecules. Published 8 SCIentific research papers 10 in the above research fields, including sci papers 10, the first author10. The main research direction is the design, synthesis and interaction of selective recognition molecules for DNA G4 structure.
